  • Just joined today! I’ve been doing WW off and on all year. I’m pretty sure 2020 is the hardest year to make lifestyle changes. I’ve been majorly struggling the last couple months but an amazing friend reached out and invited me to join this challenge! I’m excited to see the change! I’m trying to get motivated to add some work outs in along with eating better! Can’t wait to see everyone’s progress as well 💙💙

    I’m also looking for some preworkout drink suggestions if you have any you love!

Just checking in this is my 5th diet bet won 4 /5 I was real consitent and always participated in conversations challenges etc but last diet bet I found im getting out of the groove been eating crappy havent tracked my food like I was consistently. So I'm trying to get 100% fully back on track I loved the results and the way I felt when I was eating 100% healthy than as I am now bloated and just feel gross up 4pds from last diet bet..

I always track even when I have not been my best. I found something on MFP that says I did not track today and it is 1500 calories. It just helps me stay focused and pay attention to what I am doing to myself.

My BIGGEST issue with weight loss is consistency. Like many people I want INSTANT gratification. When I don’t see it, I go back to my old ways. I struggle mentally knowing I’m going to the gym and making good nutritional choices, but I’m still FAT (and please don’t do the whole “you’re not fat” thing...I am fat, I’m not saying it for pity, it’s just the truth.) struggle hard today y’all.

I can relate to this so much.. take one day at a time don’t be too restrictive because the urge to cheat is very high when you cut things off completely. Focus on one thing at a time because when you try and make lot of change at once it can be overwhelming and you probability to fail is higher. Set yourself up for success and take life one day at a time :blush:

You can do it. Make small changes, stay positive. There are days I literally have to talk to myself out loud. “I can do it” “I am with it” “I’m keeping my promise to myself” track your food.

I literally hate cooking!!!! My household is super picket so I make 2 to 3 dinners each night, to keep everyone happy. I so wish I could have a personal chef..... a girl can dream.

Breakfast today was 4 slices of bacon and 3 scrambled eggs with water. Total calories = 340 and Total Carbs = 0. Weighed myself this morning and was down 6.4 pounds 🙌
