Non-scale victory of the week!

I ran on the treadmill. I normally "run" on the elliptical and walk on the treadmill. I only ran for about 1.5 - 2 min increments but its a start!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym and did 5 days of cardio and 2 days of weights!!! Woohoo! Overall I ate very healthy this week and made really good choices.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely should have refused the cup of ice cream last night and the cheese cake last Saturday.
