Get back into ketosis- no more trash. Go for a run every morning- no excuse. DRINK SO MUCH MORE WATER. Give fasting a try.

Finished first 5K of the year. More aware of water intake.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Results of 5K are clear- I need to start running more. Keto dieting has been going well, but diet alone can’t make drastic change.

MORE.WATER. Move more- it’s spring now and very nice outside. No excuses.

Binge eating was real. Eating all of my daily calories in one go, late ar night. No real exercise.

Didn’t overeat at Ash’s baby shower. Kept with ketosis all week.

Need to move more- more walks. Intermittent fasting does not mean binge eating all of my daily calories in one sitting.

Get back on track. It’s not birthday week anymore. There’s no excuse. Try closing iWatch rings 4/7 days. If it’s nice out, go for a run (bring change of clothes with you). Drink more water.
