What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wow I didn't realize how intimidated I would be to start this I put off weighing in and taking pictures an entire 30 hours because I was too afraid to actually face the truth of the scale. The picture taking was even harder. But now I am ready to focus. Goodbye Diet Dew... You have been a great friend... Goodbye every other junk food that I have become so attached to over the past 5years. You gote through a lot of hard times, while ruining my Life at the same time. Hello muscle building energy creating anti-aging foods. I'm sure you'll make a much better friend. Here goes week 1
