Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite having serious fluctuations in my weight (because I eat literally everything), I’m getting better at exercising more consistently! I even went for a run at night instead because it was raining during my usual timing!! No excuses!!

I have to focus more on eating healthier.

I lost my previous dietbet, so I’m aiming to win this current one and for that I need to make sure I’m back on track with my diet (IF) — I think I might make it 18:6 instead of 16:8! And to drink 3 liters of water everyday. And go for my goddamn runs!!

My asshole dad stared at me in disbelief and said “You’re so small” after a decade of him telling me I’m fat and repulsive. So... an NSV?

I could’ve exercised more! And kept to my diet better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I wore my size 31 jeans and it was LOOSE. It’s been tight FOREVER and now it’s sliding off.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for almost a month, but last night I had a setback and ate during my fasting hours because I was TOO hungry. And I’m kinda upset about that. I should’ve had more self-control.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been down with a terrible flu so I’ve been out of action the past couple weeks. I feel like death and all I want to do is sleep. I’ve also been pretty stagnant in terms of weight loss. I need to join a new dietbet soon to motivate me.

I’ve been sick this entire past week so I haven’t been eating much! Not exactly an NSV but I’m happy this week. Haven’t felt this happy in quite a while.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been seeing the number on the scale go down slowly but I didn’t see any difference in myself. This week, my aunt who hasn’t seen me in quite awhile exclaimed “Wow you’ve lost a lot of weight!!” upon seeing me and I looked at her in disbelief but she repeated herself. I was also looking through my past dietbet pictures and even though it’s a super minor difference, I see it!!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate pizza and felt full after 2 slices. I used to be able to eat a whole regular sized pizza on my own. My parents got me the same sized pants as my skinnier sister and I could actually fit it.

I kept telling myself to exercise but I didn’t.
