What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't do very well this week. Lost focus with my eating. Skipped exercise due to busy-ness and not feeling well. Not off to a great start. My step bet started this week so hopefully I'll do better. Really don't want to lose another one.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My most challenging part is eating healthy on a long-term basis. I like cheese and sweets. I lost 30 lbs in 2017. I did pretty well maintaining healthy eating and exercise habits until September of 2018 when I experienced the tragic loss of someone very close to me. My eating and weight and exercise have been all over the place since then. I lost a Maintainer Diet Bet, and then I tried another Kickstarter and I lost that one too. I am trying once again to re-establish healthy habits.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for the upcoming week are the exercise at least 5 times, to reduce my consumption of cheese and sugar, to avoid nighttime snacks, and eat more fruits and veggies.
