Non-scale victory of the week!

Had some extra food over Thanksgiving but didn’t over that much and had no sugar and only a bit of wine

I moved a lot but not to the point of sweating but a couple of times

I’m getting comfortable with eating normal(smaller) amounts of food. It’s surprising how little I need to be satisfied.

More exercise. I need to get to the gym instead of just walking
