I did noom for two months.. That was helpful to realign my vision of eating. It seemed repetitive so I cancelled. I log all the food I eat.. That's a huge help making me realize portion size and calories. I have found I like veggies and fruit too. I also try to eat 100 grams of protein a day.

Had a lot of setbacks with the death of two friends, a career let down, and falling into a depressed mindset and I totally gave up for about two weeks. But I'm beginning to feel better and encouraged to resubmit to my weightloss journey again, I may not make the next goal but I will do my best to keep on trying, which sometimes is all we can do. Thank you to everyone with your motivational posts, it helped me decide not to quit.

My non scale goals include looser clothes. Currently I'm a size XXL and I'm dreaming to become a size medium!! When I'm half way to my weight goal, I'm chopping my hair off....10 inches baby. Let's goooo!

Oatbran! There are some good oat bran recipes out there for muffins. Just one for breakfast every morning lowered my husbands cholesterol by a lot!

I was afraid I wasn't going to meet my goal this month due to hormonal water weight. A week ago I was below my goal weight, then yesterday I was 1/2 pound over. I decided to wait to do the official weigh in since I was over my goal. I'm glad I did because today I'm 3 1/2 pounds below my goal weight. Gotta love those hormones 😝

This month I'm going to work hard to get quite a bit below this next goal so I don't have to worry about water weight again.
