What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Everything. Didn’t get back into the gym, ate really poorly after the last dietbet I finished last week. My cheat day before starting my next game turned into a cheat week. I gained like 7 lbs in 48 hours from eating poorly and then back peddled just to end above where I was a week ago.
