Non-scale victory of the week!

None, not a great week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Didn’t get back into the gym, ate really poorly after the last dietbet I finished last week. My cheat day before starting my next game turned into a cheat week. I gained like 7 lbs in 48 hours from eating poorly and then back peddled just to end above where I was a week ago.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Fit into size 14 jeans

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

We went out to eat Saturday and I thought sushi was a safe choice minus options with spicy mayo etc. but weight jumped right after from salt. Was 2 full days of water to flush it out and still didn’t hit where I was that day before dinner.. gained almost 6lbs in water weight. So better choices on food when going out.
