Ended 2lbs lower than the goal! It was so nice not stressing the days leading up to final weigh in!
I have 92 days until my wedding. I am accepting I won’t hit my goal weight by then (my goal was a total of 60lbs down.. I am about 25 now but it took 6 months to lose 25 so I know I’m not losing 35 in 3 months!)
Still so proud to get closer and I know I will hit it after!

  • Guys- I need help!!! I bought this wedding dress a few months ago hoping to drop a bunch of inches in my front belly to lose that pouch before my wedding. I got this size since it zipped but was a bit tight.
It is now 3 months later and that belly is going nowhere! I lost a few inches in my thighs and am down about 15 lbs.
I am panicking that this is how I’ll look in 4 months for my wedding.. Like sheer PANIC and stress right now. 😥
I know weight comes of where it wants to- but any tips for this stubborn belly?!?
Should I buy a 2nd dress but a size bigger? Can I lose that front belly pouch? I was convinced buying the dress I did would be fine since I had 7 months and it zipped when buying.

Ps the back can button but we just did a few of them since I was trying it on

I am also a big fan of probiotics. Reducing inflammation (everybody has some) can also help with the belly area. I get a lot of my supplements from and highly recommend them. All their supplements are clean and high quality. A lot of their probiotics have to be refrigerated, but just like anything else, you just have to work it into your routine so you don't forget them. Like maybe leaving them right in front so when you open the fridge to get your coffee creamer or eggs for breakfast or to grab your lunch on the way out the door, whatever - you see them.

I have 4 months it is at the end of may. I’m already intermittent fasting. I eat between 12pm-7pm. I’m going to keep pushing thank you for the advice everyone. I’m always welcome to more too! I thought about trying that cool sculpture but it is so expensive and I’m not even sure if the results are real. It’s just my belly that I’m not losing from... eventually I’ll have to right? Trying to keep my chin up

  • Are you looking for something new? Usually I work out with Shaun T with T25 or with Autumn and the 21 day fix. After watching season 3 of Cobra Kai, I was motivated to brush up on my boxing skills and found a new Beachbody program titled 10 Rounds. Days 1,3,5 focus on boxing and cardio and days 2,4 focus on weights. Awesome work out and I feel more confident I’m my ability to defend myself if needed. Beachbody On Demand is worth the annual membership.

I’ve been working 12 hour days and struggling with making food verse ordering carry out, pizza, fast food.
Well I spent a fullll day shopping, cooking and prepping meals. So exhausted but hoping it turns out well.
24 lbs of chicken, 8 lbs of broccoli, 8 lbs ground beef. The some meals I will still need to “make” a side.. aka canned or steam bags of veggies.
I have 20 dinner meals for 2 people and another 10 individual packed lunches.

Me too! Well, the struggling part, but for different reasons. What was an occasional holiday treat, has now turned into a daily staple. Time to review those short-term and long-term goals again, and snap out of this holiday haze. :grimacing:

Kelly S.

The holidays didn’t help me either! I’m back on track though!

Anyone else unable to weigh in? Emailed them but I doubt I’ll get a response today being Christmas. Anyone have this happen? I tried on my app and webpage

No issues for me; posted just right now. Maybe the system was down earlier. Try it now?

Update- just weighed in. Must have been a system error for a bit

Hi I've been asked if I could share my covid symptoms from the last week.
Day 1 evening I had a cough that was persistent for a few hours and then disappeared
Day 2 temperature (never got to 38degrees but was 1degree hotter than my ushual) body weakness and a painful feeling all over my skin. Slight cough and raised resting heart rate
Day 3 4 5 6
Positive test result on day 3 . Temperature broke on day 3 but I developed a very blocked nose that bled when itried to blow it. Also had a ridiculous amount of sneezing . On day 5 I lost my taste and smell. Hr still very raised. Cough mild . Had more energy but still got very tired after my 30min treadmil walk . Still getting random body aches.
Day 7 and 8 (today)
Smell and taste have returned . Still have a slight cough and I'm blocked up but no bleeding . Hr more normal.

Throughout I have been taking extra vitamin c with zinc along with my multi vitamin for immunity and also extra vitamin d
My blood oxygen has remained steady at 97-99% throughout - I would recommend getting one of these metres and keeping it with your thermometer. Use it to see what your normal oxygen levels are so you have a point of reference. Having that data handy if you do get covid can help keep you calm and also may prevent a trip to the hospital for no reason.
I also made sure to sleep sitting up to ensure my lungs remained open at all times even though I never had problems breathing .

Overall I feel ok but a bit frail. I won't be getting back into exercise for a good few weeks to ensure my body is fully healed.

Any other things you'd like to ask please feel free! :) Stay safe and have a lovely holiday those of you in the USA

Happy to hear you are improving and thanks for sharing! It’s nice to hear real stories vs only hearing the worse cases on media

I'm going to add my covid symptoms if it's okay, since they differ from O.P's.
I started off just exhausted. No energy. By body ached and I had chills. Never had a fever. Never had a cough. I napped 3 times a day for 4 days because I was just so tired. Day 5 I had a bit more energy, but found myself having to stop and catch my breath often like I was 90yo. It took about a month for that to get better. The sense of smell took 3 months to return.
This is a yucky sickness. Sorry for anyone who gets it :pensive:

Ended up taking an unexpected 2 week break from working out/focusing on making healthy food choices. (For no great reason)
But I’m back and only gained 1.2 lbs. I’m gonna push through to hit my goals but this month will be harder to reach. Just focusing on hitting month 6 and hoping I hit this month

I’m in the exact same boat. I am still exercising well but I have just struggled with diet the last week or 2  I gained a couple pounds also which will probably prevent me from making goal this month, but I’m going to try. If we miss this month, making the final goal is most important & we have plenty of time to get there!

Jessica has 1600 calories to eat for one day. She does CG and burns 500 calories. Does she increase her calories to 2100 (1600 + 500 ) or leave her calories at 1600? Jessica is very confused

I leave my workout calories, unless I’m really hungry, then I use some.

I say meet in the middle.

Didn’t make my goal this round by 2 pounds. Have to ramp it up for round 3!

Same! Round 1 was amazing, round 2 was a big back slide :sob: I have to get my butt in gear if I want to have a chance at the final pot!

Weighed in about 3 lbs under goal... rewarding myself with a rest day and cheat meal but then my cheat meal turned into a cheat day. It was so yummy but so bad!!! I definitely feel sluggish and so bloated. Back on the grind 110% tomorrow! And avoiding the scale for a few days so I don’t get to discouraged!

  • Tempted to do the same, but I need to weigh-in for a Kickstarter in 8-10 days. So, I shared half a KIND Frozen bar with my mom. 😁 🍨 No regrets! But you're right, tomorrow is a fresh start! 💪
