What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Food for me has always been associated with experiences. My favorite memories often have a big pizza, or a Coke involved. I remember walking to 7-11 on a hot summer evening with my friends when I was a teenager and grabbing a Coke. So in my brain food = good times. And good times aren't as good as they can be unless I have that food. If you know any alcoholics, this is a near identical concept.
