Made it to the gym five days this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

As usual, more sleep would have been good.

It's a bit repetitive, but more sleep. And more water. I'd also like to make it five days at the gym again.

I could have eaten less at the pizza party and had fewer caloric beverages.

Cut out the snacking (again) and the alcohol. Go to bed by 10pm each night. Get to the Y three times.

Finally fit back into a pair of pants that I haven't worn since last summer!!!

Fewer indulgences - specifically sugary ones - would have helped me out.

I could have done much better on my diet. Too much snacking and not tracking my calories.

I could have laid off the sweets! Now that I'm done with Whole30 I've been slipping back toward sugar.

I felt more energy and didn't feel ANY bloat at all!

I have continued to sleep very well which is huge for me. If that's the only success I have, I'll be happy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten better. I splurged on birthday cake and jellybeans. I know I don't need the candy, but sometimes my sweet tooth gets the best of me.

I did the first training run for a 5k and found it not as difficult as I'd anticipated!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stuck to plan on St. Paddy's Day, but it wasn't TERRIBLE and it was only one day.
