To help me stay accountable and reach my goals! Plus it’s fun and my DB family is awesome! And Lexi is the best!!! ♥️

Quick Facts

My Weight Loss Program: I eat 2-3 meals and 3-4 (100-150 calorie Medifast) bars and fueling cappuccino. Totaling 5-6 meals a day. Eating healthier 70% - 100%. My workouts determine how and what I eat, because I need to keep my body fueled and able to perform for me!!! 💪🏽😉👍🏽 I don’t really follow a plan. I’m just doing what works for me. Although I use Medifast bars and cappuccino, because I like them, because I work out so hard (because I love the way it makes me feel afterwards) it’s against how Medifast was intended to be used, but this is working for me, so TRUST THE PROCESS and trust that you know what’s best for you!!! There is no one way for everyone. You have to find what works best for you!!! 😉
