Didn’t eat cake on my birthday!

I wish I could have worked out but couldn’t. So I just really did work in the kitchen!

Walked over 5 miles every day

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Went to Disney World and had the dinning plan. Definitely ate more than I needed and gained.

Eat super clean and no cheat meals! Lots of walking since I can’t actually work out for 2 weeks now.

I wanted sweets so I made “cookies” out of extra ripe bananas, oats, and nuts.
