Non-scale victory of the week!

I worked pur local fair this week.. Victory I got up every morning and packed healthy food to take with me. and I did work out 2 out of 5 days working 12 hour shifts.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have resisted the Fisk fries, homemade pretzels and the cotton candy. I did avoid temptation until the last day. So 4 out of 5 days I did pretty well.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Watching my portion size and drinking water before my meals has made a big difference this week. Also push mowing the lawn instead of using the rider is really helping me burn more fat

Maybe done more prep work for my meals.

I did more food prepping so I could eat a bigger brunch and a smaller supper. I am learning portion control is a biggy.
