I moved, began work, started Keto, and committed to working out with a personal trainer in the last three months. I began this journey at over 300 pounds and today I met my first big goal of 30 pounds. I am officially at 270. I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m getting there.

Been back at school for 2 weeks (had students for a week and a half). While I haven't gained weight, I haven't lost any either. I'm still trying to eat mostly well, but my amount of exercise has taken a hit. I have to get back into a routine!

I teach in south Texas so I get it. I’m in the same boat but I now have stashes of keto non perishable foods (shakes, bars, fat bombs, Jerky, tuna. Etc. in my closet at school. I’m also filling those shaker drink cups with water and a crystal light pack with caffeine. It keeps me drinking water and it’s only 3 carbs.

  • It’s so bad!!! I knew I had gained weight recently, but I just took my initial weigh in and I am at 300lbs. So no more tomorrow. This starts today, this starts now. I am committing to being under 300 by Friday! Bring on the broccoli and the exercise! My next mini goal I will set on Friday!

Broccoli is the best. I pour "everything but the bagel" seasoning all over my steamed broccoli and enjoy. I think starting this game by posting the way you did is a strong move. Lets do this! By now I'm sure you are well on your way, congrats!
