Feeling pretty good that I feel like I have found a balance when it comes to enjoying my food

To continue doing what I have been... My weight loss has slowed up a bit but I feel more content because I would rather lose it slowly and it stay off bs fast and it come right back.

I’ve exercised 4 times this week and have drank at least 7/8 bottles of water a day

Try to stop with the eating past 8pm. Even the healthy snack to give my body a chance to speed up the metabolism

I got to the gym once this past week.. Not too bad considering my schedule..

I didn’t go to the gym at all this week.. I have had a busy week with school and tests that I have been focused on.. My food choice have been horrible as of late.. I have got to get back in rhythm like I was before

I made it to the gym

I need to increase my water intake. I started off this dietbet doing wonderful but the last 5 days I’ve hardly drank even half the amount that I’ve have been.
