Non-scale victory of the week!

I ran my first half marathon and I maintained my pace the entire time!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten better to prepare myself but I know that I had to have alot of salt and water and protein and carbs to get me through the run so 8 did what I thought I had to do!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm leaving for vacation and as I'm packing NOTHING from this past summer fits me. It's a really good feeling, but sucks since I have nothing to wear for my vacration!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm training for a half marathon that's next Sunday and I worked out, but I do think I did enough and I DEFINITELY did not plan my meals or food enough.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I completed a 60 day challenge that started before the last diet bet and just ended today. I gained back a lot of weight towards the end (for whatever reason, but I have to accept the fluctuation) and I was really dreading the weigh in. Whatever the scale said, I am choosing to ignore it becuase of how the before and after pictures look. I can see a difference, and they are not so small.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have made some better choices with food and pushed myself during my workouts a little more. I really didnt plan food properly and ended up skipping some meals and eating the wrong foods becuase of hunger cravings.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I worked hard and only gave into a cravong ONE time. We're all human. ALSO I had a wedding this weekend and I bought a gown a few weeks ago. I got so much smaller I had to go and EXCHANGE THE DRESS for a smaller size.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly, if I could push myself to go to the gym on those days that I really don't feel I have the time that would be incredible BUT I am so proud of what I accomplished this week and I hope I can just repeat it over and over again!

I have my period this week, So I need to plan better for my meals so I don't want crap that I crave, that doesn't make me feel good or work out with positive energy or fast recovery time. I need to sleep on my proper planned schedule.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into smaller sizes! I made an order from a US store and the clothing is too big on me! I couldn't believe it!! I haven't been a smaller size than the largest in the store since elementary school!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have planned my meals better and not skipped eating so many times.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to go to the gym AT LEAST 5 times, but more is better. I'm going to work on planning my meals for the week in advance! ALSO I need to catch up on my sleep, so I'm going to try and get an hour more than my average sleep time this past week!
