I reached my highest weight in March, 2017, at 386 lbs - that I know of. I didn't have a scale that would go high enough, so I could have weighed more. I have lost 42 pounds so far, and the DietBet is a great motivation to keep going!

Non-scale victory of the week!

it was easier to put my tennis shoes on!

As always, EXERCISE!! I just can't seem to get moving!

Walk a bit more. Last week was snow for a well straight so I didn't even leave the house! Next well it's warming back up so I want to get out and walk a bit.

Took the stairs at work! it was tough, but I recovered faster than usual so I felt good about that!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

As usual, stop with the fast food and huge portions! I seem to give in to temptation a lot more when I am stressed. I need to find ways other than eating to deal with my stress!

doing better with portion control, which is helping everything else!

I did give in and had fast food one night. it was my usual order but was way more than I needed and I felt awful after.

to not let myself fall off between now and the start of the next game!! I am so close to my personal first weight goal and I want to be there before the next game starts in a week!!

I went for celery sticks to snack on late at night instead of the roasted potatoes I really wanted!

still gave in to fast food a couple of times instead of eating at home.

My new air fryer has been amazing!! Cooking good food has made a world of difference in my fast food cravings!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stay away from the sodas! I don't drink a lot of them anyway, but if they are accessible, I can't stop drinking them!

I really want to cook even more in my air fryer. I want to try healthier lunches and breakfast bites I can take to work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It's time to get back to basics! I have to get over this fast food fetish! It won't be hard to eat good food. I like it!! It just a matter of prepping it ahead of time and making sure I have plenty for breakfast and lunch at work, as well as a drive home snack.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Avoided fast food this week, so yay!! It has paid off, too! I'm so excited by my progress already, and definitely looking forward to continuing as I start a second Dietbet, with my best friend doing it, too!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating in the late hours of the day is a weakness of mine. And sleeping bad hours. I need to do better about going to sleep at a reasonable time.
