I reached my highest weight in March, 2017, at 386 lbs - that I know of. I didn't have a scale that would go high enough, so I could have weighed more. I have lost 42 pounds so far, and the DietBet is a great motivation to keep going!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Avoided fast food this week, so yay!! It has paid off, too! I'm so excited by my progress already, and definitely looking forward to continuing as I start a second Dietbet, with my best friend doing it, too!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating in the late hours of the day is a weakness of mine. And sleeping bad hours. I need to do better about going to sleep at a reasonable time.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My addiction to fast food/junk food. It's so hard for me to stay away from them, even knowing how bad for me it all is! Sweets and grease...

My biggest first step goal is to avoid eating out all week. No fast food at all. Both my budget and my body will thank me! And to walk more. It's January, but we're in a warm up here, so even a quick walk around the block our around the college campus where I work will help!
