This might be slightly different, but when I am dealing with hunger(boredom) cravings during the day/evening I like to make a cup of decaf tea. I've heard of other people saying brushing their teeth always gets rid of their cravings, but I've never actually tried that

Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.
