Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran 7 Miles on Saturday and stayed on track with calories!!

I think I actually did great this week. Could have had more water during the weekend.

Ate lots of veggies instead of having another slice of pizza at a family get-together.

Didn't do too well on the diet earlier this week. Some good days, and some bad days.

Managed to stay on track with food, even though it was a really stressful week at work and I really wanted to pig out!

I think I could have worked out a bit more.
