Weight has been verified and I'm ready to go. I've done two Dietbets over a year ago and have never weighed in at the end but this one gets no excuses! Anyone else struggle with overthinking what to eat/buy at the grocery store?! I know they say never to go to the store when you're hungry but if I'm not hungry then NOTHING sounds good to me so I barely buy anything. It should be so simple but I make it complicated. Does anyone follow a plan they like?

We have a fixed number of perishables to buy.. so, hungry or not, we know we have to buy 5 things for main meals. that helps. Then I add on snacks based on my mood haha.

Meal planning helps! I try to do it on Saturday and go to the store Sunday after church (and stick to my list). I follow a whole foods plant based (vegan) diet. I like it because I don’t have to count calories and I just eat whenever I’m hungry.

  • This is such a convenient part of my gym. Finished my night off with a 30min circuit and hit the treadmill until I got the rest of my steps in for the day.

I loved this at PF! I did the same as Carly by bring a damp paper towel with me as I went. Worked great! Highly recommend the circuit. It makes time fly!

  • Vegan, yummy AND healthy! Dinner tonight and for the rest of the week and I love it. Romaine lettace, squash, masalsa veggie patty, roasted corn and salsa for the lettace wraps plus some sweet potato bites! ???? eating healthy can taste so good with seasoning and an open mind.

Yay vegan! Alison it’s a soda sweetened with stevia. “Zevia” They have quite a few flavors as well as teas and energy drinks.

I’ve been in an office weight loss challenge the past two months, and there is still a month to go. I hadn’t lost anything yet! So I joined this diet bet and I already went down like 4lbs! lol I guess the 20$ buy in at work wasn’t enough, I needed more money riding on it. - I’m tracking all of my food now and I cleaned out the room that has my treadmill and weights in it! I’m ready to go now!! 😃
