Not gaining weight on weeks that I don't exercise. I was a little shocked at the scale and how much you can gain from eating out and eating sugar. My overall diet is healthy but when I want food freedom I need to figure out how to indulge without so much weight gain.

Get back on track to the diet after a week of restaurants, pizza and sweets. I'll be back to running and going back to the sauna. Signing up for yoga and enjoying my new workout clothes!
