Non-scale victory of the week!

Stuck to a routine for 4 weeks now!!! Taking my medicine and vitamins every day. Worked out much more regular and at home! I’ve hardly swayed from diet.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stay away from cookies! Even if they are sugar free. Still binge snacking a little, not horribly. Worked out more consistently even though I’m so happy I’ve at least been attempting to.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Workout. Don’t mess up on the weekend!!! Resist weekend madness for the love of all that is getting healthy! Get my second period (hopefully on time, but at least get it again close to due date, not 13 months from now again), continue doing the things I’ve been doing right

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to DQ and only got a small blizzard instead of my usual large! I lost enough weight to restart my period after 13 months without it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Staying away from snacks like chips and cookies which have been binge triggers the last couple of weeks for me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been working out at home! I haven’t binged in the longest time I think I’ve ever gone! I haven’t messed up on the weekends! My work pants are looser. I have more energy. I won my diet bet!!! I joined a move challenge for my Apple Watch.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It’s scary being this close to 300lbs again. The last time I weighed this much, it was no time before I was over 300 and it was in my 270s that I had started trying to turn things around and failed. That was a different time in my life though and I have more knowledge and resources for help. It’s only my mind that’s my biggest challenge. I said I’d never let myself gain this much weight back and yet here I am. I’ve gained 53lbs in less than 2 years and I still struggle to hold on to that motivation. It feels like the more I try to hold on, the harder it gets because I lose my hope and faith in myself that I can do this the more times I fail. I’m going back to the basics though and I’m on day 6 of Weight Watchers Freestyle. I’ve never tried weight watchers before and it’s truly relearning the basics of eating good, healthy food and learning to be more active again. I want to workout like I used to so bad but this plantar fasciitis is ruining everything for me. Ironically, its main cause is my weight gain! I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I’m just going to focus on losing weight through my diet at first and see if it will help my body to hurt less to workout more. Right now, I barely make it through my shift at work. :(

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat the whole bag, just a portion!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Overcoming stress eating! As soon as I’m stressed I think “oh wells I don’t care” and start shoveling it in...unfortunately I’m prone to easily stress! :(

Start working on exercising again like I used to 6 days a week, really eating healthy not “healthy” like I’ve been trying to get away with (and gained 30+ lbs)
