Well, I ended up having a stomach bug over the last week..so I was sick in bed four at least 4 days..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not have gotten sick.

Next get sick again, go out of town on vacation. Then keep on being better and healthy.

This week I started walking 2 miles a day. Back and fourth. This week I bought a bike to ride back and fourth to work.

Include more new foods, I have been starting fix healthier foods.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Daily life, eating junk food even though I know it's bad in the long run. As well as sticking and following though on things. However I made a profile on Samsung Health along with several partner apps earthiness, MFP, and other apps.
