What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Slipped up over the Chinese New Year period... festivities and yummy traditional food and snacks were too hard to resist. Discipline went out the window and I didn’t lose as much weight as I’d hoped...

I put on 0.1kg since weighing out for my previous game two weeks ago. I slacked off a little... need more discipline!

Definitely to drink a hell of a lot more water. Sleep early, wake up early. Exercise everyday if possible. Eat right!
