  • SET UP SUNDAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!

    Get those plans ready for our 3rd week! Set yourself up for success! Here’s an idea of something I have on my menu this week:

    Copycat McGriddles: Use protein pancake mix (I like Kodiak cake) and make 2 small pancakes. Layer scrambled egg, turkey sausage / or bacon, slice of velveeta cheese and a drizzle of sugar free syrup. SO YUMMY. Try it out!

  • Team Happy Friday! Hope everyone is going good and staying healthy. I need everyone to remember to stay focused as we head into our 2nd weekend together. It goes without saying but weekends are rough, we all face the same challenges when it comes to lowering our expectations of our routines. We did it last weekend we can do it again this weekend! Stay busy, drink your water & most importantly your nutrition is key to making sure you meet your goal. At this point you can not afford anymore slips ups, time is ticking.

    I hope you’re all ready to finish this weeks walking challenge strong. I am happy to say I have made it the entire week, just finished my first walk for today and will have one more on my lunch break! I really personally enjoy the challenge & just the fresh start of this new year. Even though we are all going through a lot personally and in the world around us it’s important to make time for ourselves & the little walks have made me realize that.

    Tomorrow I will be picking 2 players from the comments of the walking challenge for a cash prize of $25 sent via PayPal or Venmo.

    Here is your weekend challenge. You pick the movement and the form of cardio for 1 mile. I will be doing 50 burpees for mine. You can do jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups, knee highs any movement that you can do for 50 reps. Break them up if needed. For example I will do 5 rounds of 10 burpees, then a mile run. Complete before Monday morning 1/18 to be entered into our next giveaway!

Hi everyone! Quick question: for those of you own a treadmill at home.... have you ever experienced that the band is a bit slippery? If so, any solutions will come very handy cause I just saw mine is. I barely made a 20 min walk without killing myself on it 😅

  • I can’t say enough how excited I am for all of you here. We all know 2020 has been an extremely hard year. I know a lot of you are coming here at ALL different stages of your journey. About 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds. I have since lost 140 pounds and have been able to keep it off for over 2 years.   • Challenge 3 & 4

    Workout 1 is cardio intervals. You pick the type of cardio (running, bike, stairs, an outdoor walk or run) and you pick the interval times.
    It could be 1 minute max effort & 1 minute cool down
    It could be 30 seconds max effort 1 minute cool down or visa versa.
    Whatever interval times you choose you will do for 20 minutes back and forth.
    Then a finisher of mountain climbers & burpees if you can’t do the reps provided choose a number of reps that you can do! Let’s say you can do 10 Mt climbers & 3 burpees.. great do that! You take this workout and make it work for your fitness level. If you can’t do mountain climbers or burpees choose 2 body weight movements that you can do.

    Workout 2 is a countdown workout starting from 100, 80, 60, 40, 20 break the reps up how ever need be. If you have it in you to run straight through the entire thing do that. Need to do part one day and the rest the next day.. that’s fine time. If you can’t do the assigned rep amounts lower them to what you can do. Again, modify this so you can do it but still make sure you’re losing yourself.

    You have until Sunday to complete both of these workouts! I’ll be giving away two $75 Nike gift cards to two people in from comments of this post who complete both challenges. Post a selfie, a screen shot of your tracker or just post that you completed it.

  • Hey team hey!!!

    Happy Thursday & 2nd day of our 2nd week. Hope everyone is doing what they gotta do to make sure you are at goal by the 25th. This game is going to fly by.. it's 11/5 and my biggest focus this game and month is closing my rings everyday. My biggest down fall is always my rest days I want to focus on shifting to active rest days. Making sure I'm getting my steps in. I might adjust my watch goals on those days to help. Right now I think Im at the highest setting on apple watch.

    Anyways if you didn't already see I posted the 2nd workout challenge on our dietbet IG account @Isfrannyfityetdietbet

    Here it is, a quick and effective burner:

    10 ROUNDS
    30 jump ropes
    10 squats

    You can add this workout into your routine. You can use it as a warm up or a finisher. If you dont have a jump rope jog in place or do knee raises. Modify where needed. Make sure you come back to this post by Friday evening and post if you completed the challenge or not. I will pin this post to the top of our game wall.
