Get those plans ready for our 3rd week! Set yourself up for success! Here’s an idea of something I have on my menu this week:
Copycat McGriddles: Use protein pancake mix (I like Kodiak cake) and make 2 small pancakes. Layer scrambled egg, turkey sausage / or bacon, slice of velveeta cheese and a drizzle of sugar free syrup. SO YUMMY. Try it out!
