I want to finally get back to my pre-baby weight! Had preeclampsia during pregnancy which caused me to gain over 100lbs. I have lost 70lbs of my baby weight but I still have 30lbs to lose to get to the old "me".

Non-scale victory of the week!

I decided to try juicing to reset my system post-op. The last 4 days I only drank the juice I made with my juicer. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done but also the most rewarding. I showed myself I am very resilient and I can control what goes in my mouth. I also completed my month without Starbucks and I still haven’t gone to Starbucks since. I’ve been at the gym once a week minimum and I haven’t eaten fast food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! I did amazing this week and I’m going to keep going and really focusing on my nutrition and micronutrients.

This week I am going back to eating but I will make sure I have a veggie with every meal. No fast food for the month of February. Gym 1-2x/week Home workout 1-2x/week Drink 3 protein shakes/day Eat 3 meals/day Drink 2L water/day

Non-scale victory of the week!

Still haven’t gone to Starbucks. Managed to work out three times this week. Been focusing on slowly changing my eating and not eating out (though I did eat out twice last week). Did a meal prep for the week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Still have stuck to not going to Starbucks despite how tired/tempted I have been. I’ve been eating suppers I packed for school instead of buying food. I made plans with my friends to meet at the gym Monday. Done my wellness shot most days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I slipped up and had fast food once. I have barely had a 1L of water a day. Have not had any protein shakes.
