Last week i had a lot bloating. Ugh.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just keep up with my plan. I do intermittent fasting 20:4. I just couldn't walk in the rain, but no rain soon so im walking more.

I didn't eat one piece of halloween candy this year! Considering i passed out over 300 pieces of chocolate, i am impressed with my willpower this year so far.
