Non-scale victory of the week!

my best friend mentioned that he can see that i lost already a lot of KG. that Was the first time that someone said it to me and made me so happy

last week Was not a good one a lot of trouble with the op from our ella and i Was not in the mood of eating 1kcal a day. mostly i reached the cap of my day limit to not gain weight.
