Doing well on the exercise/fitness side of things.

I definitely let my diet slide a lot in many ways, including eating too much sodium and not tracking consistently.

Pants starting to feel loose, and I managed at least some exercise most days despite my migraine.

Honestly not a lot. I had a bad migraine that lasted almost all week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had to wear my pair of goal pants on laundry day, and they were tighter than I’d like, but definitely wearable! Exceeded my walking goal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

SLEEP. i did not get anywhere near enough sleep! I wish I had made it to actual exercise class today instead of doing videos at home.
