I have been pretty good. Yes I ate two cookies, yes I had 1/4 scoop of froyo, but I've been biking and eating clean.

We'll, with it being a holy week and weekend there was a lot of celebrating. I could've made better choices.

Continue to eat clean, I've been good since Monday and even though I am limpimg due to a torn calf, I've been biking and lifting weights. So very proud.

I'm in crutches and a medical boot. Ripped my calf during Parkour class. Not sure how I can do cardio now, as I'm out 4-6 weeks. Going to work on upper body.

Made it 4 days no sugar. I feel great. Still working on my dairy intake, but been good with healthier carbs. I may have had too many corn chips (baked).

Fewer carbs and more time in the gym, but I feel good. I will do better next week

Continue to cut sugar and eat fewer carbs and eat healthy carbs. Get up in the morning and workout even if it's short, but do something.
