Non-scale victory of the week!

This week i have been offered many goodies, pie, cake, etc. I was able to resist all of them. I am very motivated by DietBet.

Work has been stressful. One night i came home and had some chips with my hummus.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This past weekend was hard. I didn't have time to get to the store so i ended up without fruit or salad. I had to get very creative with my food choices and it didn't always go well. Then we had more snow but luckily Monday I had taken thine off work to do some goid shopping. And now i was able to reach my goal for this month!!! So if we just get right back pin track and stick with it we can win these battles. I'm so very happy right now.
