I've been on 4HB for about 6 months and lost about 35lbs so far. I love the 4HB lifestyle but I've been a little discouraged lately. You see, last month I hit a plateau, but I think this challenge is just what I need to spark my drive again!

I lost 20 on 4HB, plateaued for 6 months, slipped some, struggled back and then bailed for a couple of weeks ... Now I'm back to get back to and beyond where I was ... I wonder though what has to change to keep me there once I arrive.
