Didn’t binge, only had 1 cheat meal. That dude they happen for a very long time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out a bit more but I sprained a muscle and got my period. Pushed myself way to much on the bike, don’t do that

Sleep well, excercise 5x a week, good cardio. Wake up with light yoga. Sleep in less live each day to the fullest. Manage your stress less and study more.
