Non-scale victory of the week!

My dog is healthy , it’s over 21 days since my last cigarette and I feel great , I don’t get as tired during my walks and im starting to jog more often !

I’m walking every day , I had my first jog yesterday . I have not smoke for over a week .

Resisting late night snacking has been extremely hard. I need to definitely increase my water intake
