Non-scale victory of the week!

I had someone ask me how I lost weight :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have ate better on Friday and Saturday. I ate way more than I should have, but since then I have meal prepped so healthier choices should be easier.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Eat what I have prepped and stick to the plan (with the except of my coworkers farewell lunch), go to the gym at least 5 times, don’t binge eat, walk Sadie minimum three times, and drink water!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can’t really think of one. Just that I’m thankfully driven to jump back in to working hard.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Most everything. I really fell off track this past month. I gained 7 lbs back. That’s way too much for one month. I need to learn moderation.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goal is to get back on track. Tomorrow night I meal prep and track my food. Walk my dog, and I start going to the gym 5x per week again. Drink more water and move more. Or at least be conscious about what I’m doing.

Non-scale victory of the week!

None that stand out this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Most things. I’ve really let thing slide this week. I’ve been eating lots of takeout, drinking beer and playing video games. A week of indulgences. It wouldn’t be so bad if I had only done one or two of those things, or spaced it out. Oh well... it’s like a rest week. Anything I may have gained, I can lose again. I’ll sleep well tonight and start to get my energy back and by Sunday I’ll be back on track again.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have a sweater that used to be too tight that is a bit loose on my now. Super stoked about it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My food choices in the moment could have gone better this week. It wasn’t due to a lack of planning. I prepped all my meals for the week, but there were two work lunches that were not the healthiest and I definitely treated myself. And to the left over cookies today too. I still lost a bit, as I tried to be more aware the rest of the time and drink lots of water and I still worked out

Non-scale victory of the week!

My resting HR when I started my weight loss journey was 97, and now I’ve got it down to 67! So proud. My pants are also getting loose. I have also tracked my food every day for two weeks!! YAY. I did meal prep for two weeks straight, and I’ve tried 6 recipes in my new cookbook! I haven’t been hitting my water goals every day, but I have been tracking!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Moved more. I didn’t go for enough walks. I need to learn to bundle up and go outside in shit cold weather anyway. #goals

Long-term goal weight

135 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m currently feeling exhausted so that is probably why I’m not feeling the most motivated. Or empowered today. Food is the most difficult part of losing weight for me. If I can find more time to sleep and prepare food I can do this :) Scratch that. This is achievable. I can find the time. I can do this.
