stay on track with my diet and get more disciplined about exercise.This may be a challenge being that my husband is having health issues and I am a wreck! what proud of my self for not stress eating when he was hospitalized and I couldn’t be with him because of COVID-19 !

I have plantar faciitis and a heel spur and it is painful to walk, which is why I have gain my wt back.
