We start a whole life challenge at work. Biggest non scale victory was cutting out a lot of foods!!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My biggest issue is food and drinks. I go to Orange Theory at minimum 3 times a week but I get tired of meal prepping so I just stay the same on the scale. I have come down from 240 and now I've stopped losing.
