Non-scale victory of the week!
Using my Fix containers and 2B tracker this week and it's made a huge difference. I was able to see where I was off and make adjustments accordingly. Also writing down what I plan to eat for the next 2-3 days allowed me to plan my grocery trip better, stay on track and it took the pressure off figuring it out as I go. Going to keep tracking for the month of August.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Sleep more. Need 7-8hrs. And plan my dinner options better so I'm not hungry before bedtime.
