Struggled to stay on my game the last couple of days but I’ve definitely been moving more! I weigh in weekly so I’m hoping to see a loss, but would just love to not see a gain!

Thanks everyone! I can definitely relate to the concept behind daily weigh ins and accountability. I like the idea that daily can give you a sense of what days during the week you might be up and what days you might be down. I may just have to try to figure that out!
