Hello friends ~ I just joined this Dietbet this morning after seeing the lovely Elise post on IG! I'm so happy to be here... this level of accountability & motivation WORKS for me!
I enjoyed 2 great (BB) workouts today - On BODi, I joined Jenny for 30 min Dance Cardio & it made my heart so happy to dance! Because I was so excited about Elise/Jericho's latest launch > Fire & Flow > I decided it was an excellent day to start that program & I'm SO glad I did!! W1D1 ~ I'm hoping my chocolate Recovery keeps me feeling great for Day 2 tomorrow!!

Week 1, Day 1 of Fire & Flow — Upper Body

I took most of last week off due to my back acting up and I just needed that time off mentally and emotionally.

I’m so glad to be back at it today! I think this combination of styles is exactly what I’m needing right now.

Ps - I'm also proud to see you listened to your body, mind, & soul last week! I think that's one of the healthiest choices we can make for ourselves... I joined my first Dietbet in early May & less than 24 hours before it started, I tested positive for COVID & my symptoms were out of this world terrible (I'm vaccinated & boostered also)! I was down & bedbound for 9 full days & I thought for sure my weightloss/health goals went right out of the window, but I listened to my body (didn't have much of a choice) and I was really proud of & gentle with myself for resting & recouping first! Just like you! ;)
