Non-scale victory of the week!

In the verge of finishing 2 more paintings!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Super discouraged that the scale went up nearly a pound vs. dropping further. Even though I’m largely keeping in calorie target, if I include calories burned, I’ve been sneaking bits of the sweets my husband and others being in the house. I think I better clean out the sugar. With sharing a banana bread snack with a friend one day, eating out the next, and having cheese night and a fancy dinner the following night.... that’s three days of rich eating!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Cut out the sugar. No more chocolate covered espresso beans or brownies! Exercise five vs. four days/week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve only been on diet bet for 24 hours, but I’ve found it very motivating, especially after an awful weigh in yesterday. I started my fitness pal again to track calories, and I’m back to no dessert and more veggies.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten lower calorie breakfasts, but I had baked these amazing tea rolls... now back to my great tasting but low cal morning meal of yogurt, jam, and homemade granola. It’s great, filling, and equals 242 cal.
