Non-scale victory of the week!
I have stuck to my diet 100% this week! Not even one BLT (bite, lick or taste) of anything not on my nutritional list! Feeling pretty proud of myself!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Have not been working out at all!! Headaches and sick kids have prevented me from getting thatbin. Hoping to improve in that area!
