Wow! That is fantastic weight loss since September. I get a lot of my weight loss inspiration from YouTube- Lean Secrets, Sarah Fit, Blogilates and HASFIT are my favorites! I do not have a fitbit? Do you really like it? Good luck!

Hi.. Thank you so much for the encouragement! I love Blogilates and try and do it at least 3 times a week with a running session of 45 mins (not always possible to do her full calendar sometimes!).

I love my fitbit. I think it is quite expensive but I finds it helps keep me motivated and want to keep moving and I love the MyFitnessPal app as well and they sync together which is really good.

I hope you get to your target for this DietBet! I will definitely look into some of the other youtube vids you mentioned! :)
