I hung out with my family last night and even though they were eating Popeye's and drinking soda, I stuck to my goals. I didn't eat past 8pm and I made sure to have a healthy dinner before I arrived there.

Not eat so much peanut butter. I think it's the reason I didn't have a lost this week.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistently eating well is my issue. If the rule is 80/20, I do it the wrong way. I eat 80% unhealthy and 20% healthy. I'm seeking to reverse that habit.
