Non-scale victory of the week!
I sprained my ankle and have not been able to walk for the past 4 days. My ankle is still swollen but I’ve pretty much been in bed rest all this time. At least I only 0.2 lbs from the time I started the diet bet. Starting next week I am planning to do a cleanse so I can get back on track
