Just got a new knee (it was stage 4 osteo arthritis). The other one is only stage 3 and the only thing I can do to prevent further deterioration (other than resisting jumping off tall buildings) is lose some weight.

Hi Jen! Nice work! As far as I know cream is OK because it has a very high fat content, where milk is more caseine and other parts that promote insulin production (good if you are a weight lifter, bad if you are trying to slim down). So, as wired as it seems, cream in your coffee is better 9even if it is non-essential calories) :-)
