- I hit my goal! I’m a little nervous now getting through this week!! I’m going to focus on the whole food snack appetizers and salad and then the base of my dinner plate will be around turkey and veggies and small helpings!! so I get taste tests and I don’t feel deprived of everything I want to try!! Then maybe a nice walk with the dog and the kids around the block after dinner. Happy turkey week ??? home stretch we got this ??💪
Oh and of course just chuggin along my 💦
P.s. a non scale victory goal I can’t wait for….not having to hide my body in sweatshirts!!!
