We can do it Valerie! Stay strong! We have until the 6th if you need it. Do low carb meals if you can and exercise. I’m on the same boat. It’s getting harder and harder day by day, but we’re almost there! Drink green tea if you can and make sure to drink plenty of water. Good luck!
